Diagnosis
Mesoscutum with raised and strong reticulation, scutellum smooth and shiny; female flagellum short and stout; eyes small, WH/DE = 1.7; gaster poorly sclerotized and collapsed in dried specimens; petiole long, LP/WP = 1.6 in female, 1.8 in male; female gaster short, MM/LG = 1.1-1.2. Similar to caperatus but flagellum shorter and stouter.
